Pros

The pay is great and you’re almost always ensured 40+ hours a week.

Cons

Working in donor care can be very demanding, physically and mentally. The hours can be crazy and your personal life becomes almost nonexistent

Pros

Decent insurance but it’s expensive

Cons

No lunch break (they force you to clock out for half an hour while continuing to work at the beginning of your shift), no breaks, high school style drama, catty coworkers, management not willing to help with anything, bullying, retaliation (regardless of the no retaliation policy), extremely long shifts, they teach incorrect phlebotomy practices to new hires, sick time is not actually allowed to be used unless you have PTO, PTO policy is horrible (not allowed to take unpaid days off and you have to have the amount of pro requested prior to asking for time off)
