      Company has lots of knowledgeable employees, competitive salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      There have been too many layoffs, year after year. Job security is zero at this point which is contributing with high turnover in some areas. This lack of job security is causing work disruption and some leaders are starting to micro-manage their employees.
