Pay for a warehouse coordinator is the lowest in the company , make about 32000 a year to start and are nickled and dimed to death when it comes to raises

Good training. This would be a good job for a new grad, who wanted to gain experience and then move on.

Cons

Management was out of touch with their employees; I received little input from my direct supervisor who always seemed to be put off when I asked for her assistance. They should have told me in the initial interview that I would be lifting and carrying heavy equipment to the transport vehicles that I would be driving alone. When I threatened to quit they came down on me like it was all my fault that I wasn't strong enough. I quit anyway.

Great pay, doing a great service for the community, good feeling job !

Cons

They treat their staff as names instead of people. There is no home work life balance. There is no consistency. Terrible employee turn around.
