New people don't stand a chance and are the scapegoat. You're expected to just keep your mouth shut and even then you'll still get wrote up. Manager loves to bring folks in she deems a credible threat to write up. I was wrote upnfor being hospitalized, and for something that shouldn't have fallen on me and the person prior to me that did the mistake that was made. Theres also an egotistical male that if he thinks youre beneath him will twist your words and actions and get you wrote up

Lunch is in the first hour of your shift, center staff are rude/lazy, inconsistent schedule, long shifts, understaffed so sometimes long period with no pto approval, lots of broken equipment, opportunities for career growth take a few years, poor culture due to young age of most staff.
