They give you phlebotomist experience that you need to get into a hospital or doctors office.

Cons

Management sucks. Management team only looks out for management. There blood mobiles always breaks down so there for alit of blood drives get cancelled and you loose hours.

Great staff. Happy upbeat employees who are well taken care of. A wonderful business culture which will lead to success, not only for the company, but also for the employees. Save lives, by providing the health care industry with our products and services. Plenty of opportunities to move up, and great mobility. Thorough training on different machines. Periodic pay increases based on skills acquired.

Cons

If you are a new RN looking to gain those precious 1st years of experience, YOU WILL NOT GET IT HERE. This is a pharmaceutical company who sells blood and blood products to the health care industry. Long hours and a lot of driving.

The mission of saving lives everyday keeps employees dedicated and all-in. Working along side people with the same mind set and mission, make it easy to get up and go to work everyday. The connections made here are life changing, and focus is quality in all aspects. Great place to work.

Cons

Corporate structure is sometimes difficult when front line staff are dedicated to individual and personal connections.
