      Great company to work for, great benefits, easy work, good environment, good commute, good parking, work incentives, easy to get promoted.

      long hours, there is to much favoritism, if management doesn't like you, your gone!

      Pros

      Lots of truly dedicated, long term employees, management respects staff and at least tries to preserve a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      The blood banking industry has fallen on very hard times. The business environment is that of declining sales, declining sales prices, increased competition and increased costs... basically the "going out of business model" and there is nothing the company can do about that. The entire industry needs to rethink how it does business and BSI management is failing miserably at this.
