Management doesn't care about the job or its employees. Some have no idea what they're doing. Bullying and gossip are rampant and management chooses to not discipline perpetrators. Hours worked in a week typically range from 45-50. Schedules don't come out in a timely manner and switching shifts with someone is nearly impossible unless management likes you. There is little room for upward mobility within the company. Blood drives are often disorganized, leading to stress on part of staff and donors.
