Pros

The company likes to do fun things for their employees to show them that their appreciated, like a private Imagine Dragons concert! I love the contract processing department where I work because we're small enough to know everyone. The atmosphere in my department as well as the whole company is laid back and fun!

Cons

The family insurance can be somewhat expensive especially with the minimum wage being where it is at now.

Pros

Well paid, nice perks (Free gym to use whenever I want, Clinic onsite to see Doctor if needed, Free catered lunch everyday, lot's of opportunities to win prizes for hitting goals, ping pong pool table, horse shoe pits, volleyball court, etc...), great coworkers who help you stay positive, supervisors who want to help you succeed and help train you to get there and really care. CEO is a stud, really laid back and you regulary see him and can talk to him in the cafeteria.

Cons

Not set pay, with commission (in sales dept) can have bad weeks or REALLY good weeks. Insurance could be better/cheaper.
