Pros
you don't work weekends, it's a good pay.
Cons
there is so many angry people, they always complaint that they were scammed, they are so rude the people who called to complaint, the stuff of the company doesn't help to try to solve the complaints and the questions that the clients had, its a stressful job, it's hard job to answer calls and try to help people in less that 12 minutes and right after you end the call answer another, sometime I feel that I want to cry and leave everything.
