Pros

Free lunch is provided every day. The culture is awesome and the perks that come with the job are hard to beat. Compensation is competitive and it is extremely easy to move up within the company

Cons

It's a call center. You start off doing call center stuff. If you work hard, you can move out of the call center stuff, but until then, it doesn't matter how awesome the job is, it's still a call center.

Pros

They understand that you have a life outside of work and are very accommodating if circumstances arise. Great location. Free lunch everyday. Very good with time off. They care about the employee as an individual. I love how they are always looking for ways to improve. Things that we did last year are not good enough--we need to constantly be improving.

Cons

Parking is crazy. If you get there after 9 AM, you won't be able to find a spot. If you're in a call center position, it's miserable. But if you do a good job, it will get noticed and there is a lot of room to move up.
