      -force you to work hard -give you tools to do well -teach you everything

      -will cheat steal and try and blacklist you -make having a life impossiable -pay is awful compared to others

      Good pay for a summer job as a student.

      Pros

      Depending on the department, Customer service department was more lenient when it came to being a couple minutes late, working overtime, and you got to know your co-workers more. There were incentives, and some were random, e.g. you're on time to your 7am shift, and you get a $10 target gift card. Company parties are great, it's pretty fun. Customer service is a difficult department, and can be very stressful. For this reason, I think it's a bit more lenient and understanding.

      Cons

      Data entry department was ridiculously strict and you don't get to know anyone. You're 5 seconds (literally) late and you get written up for it. No incentives except for stupid games or trivia questions. Your higher ups are often incompetent and only there because they work full time meaning longer than 3 months (which is also when benefits kick in). Most employees are students, and therefore cannot move up, have to deal with these people, and don't get benefits.

      Pros

      See another part of the country for a couple months. They never faulted on paying me. and the compensation was great. The system was easy to install.

      Cons

      Its a time consuming work. A lot of sitting around. Its not a resume builder. You might have to fight for some money but if your right, they will pay you. Not to many vacation days and there aren't any benefits.
