      Pros

      You can make a lot of money in a short time if you work harder than you ever have before. The skills you learn here will serve you for the rest of your life and allow you to be successful in anything you do.

      Cons

      Long hours and hard work. Sometimes you might feel stuck if you are one the sales side and things are just not working out. But if you persist then you can be rewarded in growth of character and bank account.

      Pros

      Management is great! They sincerely care about you and will train you one on one, until you feel comfortable with every aspect of the job. Teaches great skills surrounding teamwork, self-motivation, and work ethic. Great atmosphere, exciting growth opportunities, and excellent compensation.

      Cons

      There are no benefits and in order to succeed at Vivint, you must be extremely self-motivated and hard working.

      Pros

      Leadership, company vision, team culture, strong pay, favorable working conditions and hours, positive, challenging, and uplifting work environment. I love working here and am so glad I came aboard!

      Cons

      Regulated industry which adds layer upon layer of complexity. Growing so fast with talented people that its difficult to make a name for yourself.
