This is not a good place to work. Anyone wanting to advance their future will fail or it's prejudice. worked for the company for 6 years and was promised so many things. Not a single gle thing promised was held. The upper management is terrible truly don't care. they use to but it's all become trash. Lawsuits lowering tech pay but sales reps that causes the lawsuits still get paid outrageous amounts to lie. Very few managers are truly good people the rest are there for your number and what it makes them every year. This company has lost its professionalism and has become a bro code type of work place. Search vivint on tik tok and these are the types of people you let in your home. Rude cowardly and just plain terrible. This is not a smart decision. I'll stand by those words. Any company that knows the sales reps are causing issues and instead of them losing money cause the installers to lose money on a technicality we have no control on should just not be in business or get rid of sales reps. It's obviously not working. I did more pull downs and returns the last two years than I have ever before. The review speaks for its self. Also have phone numbers to over 100 customers all unsatisfied with vivint. Ive tried to reach hr no reply ive tried the managers in the ladder form we have also no reply . I am still in the company but run my own company now and will not return to this work till its been over hauled. Only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't possible.
