4 day work weeks, company vehicle and gas card, hourly pay and commissions, get paid to drive, clock in and out from your own driveway

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE, every time something comes out your expected to read an instruction manual on how to install it. Your trial IS the customers home. Back end is VERY disorganized so you're left not only doing installations but also correcting paperwork and having to chat in and wait on a que for sometimes hours to get a minor thing like a name misspelling correct. This review doesn't stress just how STRESSFUL this job is...you get paid VERY well but YOU WILL HAVE TONS OF STRESS

Absolutely no pros to working with Vivint, Vivint Smart Homes, etc. (insert trash emoji)

Cons

DEPLORABLE WORKING CONDITIONS. Maybe you'll have a reliable/legal driver picking you up from your assigned area. Who knows, you might have bed bugs staying in one of the infamous motels they set you up in. It gets better, will you have to share a bed with a stranger, its really quite unpredictable. Although, if you hit "your numbers" you're respected. Just ask a current employee and watch how their eyes glaze over. They lie to themselves and they will lie straight to your face. THEY LIE TO EVERYONE THEY SELL TO AS WELL. Such a shameful company as well as a job for one to uphold.
