We have new management for almost 2 years and nothing has been accomplished. Everybody blamed the old management, but the only people that we can blame is ourselves. Our lack of drive, of focus and output. Our politics. Too many incompetent people choose by the finger doing jobs that are not able to do.

VizExplorer has been under new management over the last year. There has been a real attempt to turn the company around after an extended period of mis-management - just look at old reviews to get an idea. Unfortunately this attempt failed and software development has been largely abandoned. The company had a history of playing fast and lose with technology, much of which was already outdated. Many ideas had been pitched and implemented without proper forethought and process. Some saw the light of day, many did not. The momentum of all this appears to have prevented the company from making the leap to new technology. As a result, expect to be supporting legacy tech (as described above) which will be frustrating and time consuming. The current business model is not scalable, starting to see more competition, and the technology is virtually dead. The future appears to be very uncertain.
