Nice side-benefits like massages and occasional free lunches. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Multi-headed management team who refuse to communicate with one-another leading to teams moving in different directions and actively working against each other at times. Shark-tank mentality in the US Office, very difficult to advance. Expect to have large periods of uncertainty - management actively lies to and deceives their staff. Company currently in a very unhealthy state with lack of focus. Technology is extremely outdated with our primary product stack being based around Flash/Flex/Java. Internal tool to manage our product extremely poor and on life-support. Avoid at all costs.

lots of great people working here. last 2 quarters were really great and we making lots of progress getting the software development cycle clean.

Cons

we should ave been doing what we started this year two years ago. there was a lot of upper management changes. company is in the cut losses and sell mode New Zealand office is closing down suddenly.
