Pros
Great people (non-managers, mostly). Good mix of culture. Interesting work, that has ore and more interesting things happening. Good friends. They try hard with monthly socials and other events. HR team are great though.
Cons
Not a proper agile or scrum company. Think they do it well, they don't and stubborn and egotistical managers will argue otherwise. Their way or the high way. Constantly changing and mixed priorities, people across multiple sprints, hero culture, working all hours for little recognition, no room for innovation, crazy deadlines, abuse of the product owner role (there really isn't one at all), wasted time in meetings, meetings never start to or run on time, respect of people and their time from management is abysmal, micromanagement, clear favourites, bad code, no code reviews, time pressured, teams aren't cross functional, need WAY more testers, releases happen without being tested properly, constant want to make jira work in a reporting way but won't concede to pay more for upgrades / plug ins or accept that the way of working is the problem - not jira, sprints are rarely planned properly or run to time, demos are hour(s) long requirements gathering - wasting many people's time, egotistical and condescending upper management ...
