Offices are in great locations

Cons

Very brown nosing bunch/clickie group that certain ppl will throw you under the bus to move themselves ahead internally. Some top management there needs to retire or move on as they dont mesh with Indian gaming well. They also dont appreciate individuals that work hard and have a long history at what they do. Their getting theirs now, as many customers are leaving in the middle of contracts as the product looses effectiveness and its sparkle and Viz doesn't have the right ppl in place to support it. The solutions are waaaaay over priced. Maybe if they didnt spend so much time on interoffice conference calls and cutesy powerpoints and empty suit style presentations they would actually get the company public. Oh and this health benefit package is the worst Ive ever seen. Seriously might as just be on your own. Profits are taken by top fat cats.

A culture where teamwork is encouraged and rewarded, and all team members are valued and treated with respect. A global workforce that embraces and embodies diversity - where collaboration with colleagues in other countries and cultures takes place on a daily basis. Flexible schedule with excellent work-life balance. Competitive pay and benefits. A proactive management team that is increasingly transparent and responsive to employee concerns. Not afraid to make tough decisions when needed to keep the company in a strong position.

Cons

None to speak of - the company has undergone major restructuring (downsizing and product realignment) which was painful and difficult... but necessary to put us in a strong position going forward.

Company that cares and pushes you

Pros

- Great company to start from especially if you want to move in the data field - Collegues that cares and help out each other - Flexibility from moving to different departments assuming you got the skills to back it up.

Cons

Multiple projects can sometimes overwhelming but this is where in my opinion will help your prioritization skills, so it might not be even a con if you welcome these types of challenges to get better at your craft.
