Opportunities to work on an exciting product suite that employs leading-edge technology to provide real value to our customers. A culture where teamwork is encouraged and rewarded, and all team members are valued and treated with respect. A global workforce that embraces and embodies diversity - where collaboration with colleagues in other countries and cultures takes place on a daily basis. Flexible schedule with excellent work-life balance. Competitive pay and benefits. A proactive management team that is increasingly transparent and responsive to employee concerns. Not afraid to make tough decisions when needed to keep the company in a strong position.

Cons

None to speak of - the company has undergone major restructuring (downsizing and product realignment) which was painful and difficult... but necessary to put us in a strong position going forward.
