Pros

Plenty of opportunity for growth within the company. Management has an open-door policy and they’re available to answer questions whenever needed. They won’t turn you away no matter how obvious your question seems. The people who work here are fantastic; this job requires a good amount of diligence and everyone works hard at their jobs.

Cons

None really. There’s not much idle time throughout the day, but at least you don’t have to bring your job home with you.

Pros

Get to work with amazing people and with amazing clients in the entertainment industry. Have been given the opportunity to grow and learn and get to a place in my career where I was ready for more. Flexible time off and kind management allow a great work life balance. While there are challenges like any job and company have, the leadership does care about the people.

Cons

Approvals on things can take awhile given the company has offices around the world and decisions are made at the top.
