Pros

Getting direct opportunity to work with highly professional US clients. Getting a good professional career by working with great innovative team. Company is doing mostly latest technologies projects and getting good exposure in those areas. Providing a good working environment in all aspects and giving importance to employee engagement activities like sports, fun games, fitness , technical and personality training,company outing etc.

Cons

Lack of R&D team. But I am glad a new team is developing for R&D. Lack of bench workers to help internal projects and other developers.
