Pros

- Relax, very nice people - The pay is really not bad if you can do nothing at all everyday - Very employees friendly, except it had two massive layoff in half a year and can layoff 2/3 of people in one day

Cons

- Poorly managed on all levels, which is the reason for the relaxing - No challenging at all. If you are over 50, then VoiceBox is a nice place to go. It is definitely not for new college graduate who needs to develop a career. - It is OK to have many princes and princesses in the company, it is totally a disaster if they keep on screwing up any projects they managed.

Pros

Great co-workers, nice new office

Cons

Poor management. Projects come and go with no outcome, no future. No job security except for their relatives. Massive layoff with almost no severance package

Pros

It's true what people have written about their coworkers at VBT: people are friendly and nice. It's not a cutthroat work environment. Coworkers won't hesitate to help if they have the time. Good resume builder. They go ALL OUT on Pie Day.

Cons

Some obvious astroturfing of positive reviews. "Good company with stable outlook"?! That's a fake review. They had a major layoff in Jan 2017 and headcount was cut in half. How is that stable? They are not hiring, which says a lot in this red hot tech hiring environment. The Note 7 debacle was a convenient disaster to piggyback on, but I don't believe this story. People believe that they blew millions on useless projects and an unnecessary expansion into expensive offices while still paying for old office leases. Who knows? I just wish I didn't buy stock! Also, there was a Korean advisor who made it his hobby to sexually harass the young ladies in the office. Are you still there?
