I have not faced any challenges with the team, the people, and the work culture is very good, and i have learned lots of new technologies and have a good exposure of AOSP.

Cons

so cons at this moment. but i want to tell which is not cons, if you get in long term project running then and you are client facing then it would be hard for them to change the project to learn something new.
