Started big and enthusiasm fissles out. Worked with great Engineer as my manager

Cons

Learnt that my former manager has retired already because of nervous breakdown. Spoke to him. He revealed that intense pressure from the top management to perform is the cause of his breakdown. Looks certainly ominous. I am happy at Amazon with great work environment.

No transparency, Runs as a family business, Rude and unprofessional behavior by the 2 out of 3 founders. Promised a challenging opportunity and claimed open culture but eventually turned out to be too hierarchical and was asked to report to a local manager, They bend head over heals for the clients and make employees to slog. Product - poor and outdated technology
