Pros

Very flexible work environment, remote. Management is very trusting and appreciative, also encourages growth and will support you through it. Work is straightforward and goals are clear. My experience was great and still have long lasting relationships with colleagues.

Cons

Work can get repetitive and sometimes it can be quite unrewarding. Sudden restructuring of team can be overwhelming.

Career development is pretty unclear and stagnant. Rarely give promotions and pay raise. Limited benefits (health insurance, maternity leave, PTO, etc.)
