      Pros

      The work life balance isn’t bad considering the industry, and the company goes the extra mile by providing lodging and meals, which makes a big difference when you're away from home. The pay is competitive, and the work is steady and reliable. VoltaGrid does a solid job of supporting its drivers.

      Cons

      The only downside is the long work hours, but that's something quite common in this industry. Aside from that, everything else is great.

      Pros

      Its really sad when the companys top man on groundnis paying his employees to write positive reviews about a company because they can’t get any drivers to stay more than a month

      Drivers be careful Do not work for this company unless you like being micro managed ,VG holds your rcc cards trying to keep drivers there. You are constantly lied to about procedure and policy, things change on a daily basis, depending the mood of the VP. Bonus are almost always swindled away from the employee because of a polocy change. Morale is at an extreme low. Just a horrible toxic enviroment,drivers are forced to connect the CNG lines without proper training and the gas you are breathing is not safe but they make you think is safe !DANGER! They are paying drivers for positive comments on indeed because they are desperate stay away
