Pros
This is a great place to get your foot in the door for your first corporate job and to learn more about the luxury business realm. The office is above the actual warehouse so you can also truly see from start to finish the whole scope of the business.
Cons
I would not recommend staying here for long, it will end up being a disadvantage to your growth. Leadership has no real structure and there are many cliques. If someone ends up not liking you in leadership, you’ll be isolated and want to quit or end up fired. Leadership also talks about one another, appeases the founder by telling him what he wants to hear and is constantly putting the blame on one another. There is great potential at the heart of the business but the work environment does not allow for the biz to reach its full potential. HR is also a disaster and every person I worked with complained about HR. If you end up working here, do not think they have your best interest.
