Pros
The core value of the company, is to take care of the people that work for them. You can have a job for a lifetime with them (if you are part of the Volvo Corp contract). If you are hired by an outsource division, you wont be so lucky.
Cons
In Volvo Mexico there is just around 25 people working for Volvo. It's a small office with few resources. You'll need to handle huge amount of tasks with few hands to support the operation. You wont have much personal time. You wont be able to see the daylight when working for this company.
