Pros

This is an international company with production facilities in 10 countries. They offer good benefits and development opportunities to their employees. The company is also very interested in ideas on how to improve from the employees

Cons

Heavy Swedish based company and company culture. If you are not able to work in this type of culture on will find it harder to be successful.

Good corporate culture. In general a high level of attention for collaboration with respect for the individual. Good work/life balance. No-nonsense, low-profile work environment. Very international and global teams, global collaboration on a daily basis. Corporate know-how in project management, IT delivery and IT service management. Large multinational, yet allowing individuals to make a difference on a daily basis. Good communication of global strategy.

Cons

Lots of politics putting a burden on efficiency. Lower pay than similar companies. Too many managers expressing diverting opinions. Low performing individuals manage to stay
