      Pros

      Great benifits. Good people. Great opportunities within the company...travel opportunities if you want...jobs changes within company if you want. Volvo want's to do what it can to keep good people.

      Cons

      Sometimes the cultural differences between Sweden and North American can be difficult at times. Volvo Sweden seems to forget when our holidays are here and schedules meeting regardless.

      International company, with travel possibilities, many good career opportunities, including on other business areas, management generally open to discussion, excellent ambience with colleagues.

      Cons

      Power struggles especially line/functional management, Gothenburg centralisation, strange choices on approved technology, innovation stifled by technocratic baronies rather than by needs. Our customers have better IT than we do.
