      During a crisis period people are afraid to stand up and fight for the business in case they lose their job. Perhaps too much management by fear and not enough about trust.

      volvoce peenya managaemnt is bad ; you have to satisfy the ego's of the less knowledgable bosses ; iAfter volvo took over Ingersoll Rand , all old guys are still with volvo , they are not great but they expect you to lick their boots
