• 9 hours on your feet • inconsistencies with schedule, i.e. they tell you that you’ll have one weekend off every month but I worked 6 weeks in a row every friday-sunday • attendance policy is the worst • overall communication is difficult • my experience with management was bad as well, you can go to HR and even the STORE manager, yet nothing will be addressed or solved. they expect YOU to solve it.
