      Toxic environment with micromanagement and no support

      Not one pro!!!! Toxic, clicky, conceited, micromanaging at its finest.

      Cons

      Toxic environment !! Management micromanaging every move you make!! Can’t keep new employees, stop lying to newcomers and telling them it is like Disney land there, when it is more like satins house. Never a compliment to an employee, always criticism. Ever hear the phrase compliment then coaching. It is basic management 101. Lifelong so called executive management that think they are not replaceable. Toxic Toxic Toxic!!!!!!

      Pros

      Good commission. Easy. Paid holidays after a year. If you’re full time, you are guaranteed 40 hours a week- you just never know if you’ll close(12-9) and then open(8-5) the next day

      Cons

      Awful home life balance. Only two full time shifts are available 8-5 and 12-9. The schedule comes out 2 weeks in advance, and you never know what your schedule will look like. Also during the Christmas season you are required to work 6 days a week. 48 hours a week is extremely exhausting and non-negotiable
