They work well around your schedule, and it is such a welcoming environment.

No cons that I can think of. Hours were fantastic.

Holidays off, Time and 1/2 on Sundays, piano music

Cons

Hiring warm bodies because people leave in droves.Covering other areas that you have not a clue about. Working up to 13 days in a row -ludicrous and controlling!. Closing at night and coming back in at 7 or 8 the next morning - unnecessary! Only strong sales people matter. I repeat -ONLY strong sales people matter!( these are clothes, folks). This is the large house in the sought-after neighborhood that looks glorious from the outside. Do yourself a favor and STAY OUTSIDE!

Pros

The pay is better than some and worse than others but its on time and the check doesn't bounce. The discounts are decient and other benefits (vacation time, health, ect.) are good.

Cons

Scheduling problems with TESS, she has no soul. Management does not back associates and under staffing.
