      Good company to gain experience in the fashion Industry.

      Pros

      Great benefit package. Good employee discount. It is a beautiful, clean environment to work in. Most associates are kind and friendly.

      Cons

      Dress code is very restrictive. Out dated technology equipment. Very poor scheduling practices. Sales associates training is very poor. They are overworked and understaffed most of the time which causes good customer service to be very difficult.

      Decent pay for retail Get major holidays off Time and a half on Sunday's

      Cons

      All levels of management come off as "know-it-all", catty, and pretentious. No support and respect from management. Horrible scheduling. Horrible training. Dress code is dated, unrealistic (pantyhose??), and sexist. Favoritism.
