Be very careful of the "eye in the sky". They can say anything they want about you and you just have to take it.

Pros

My co workers were some of the best people I have ever worked with. I will miss each and every one of them.

Cons

WARNING!! The eye in the sky can call you in and accuse you of anything they want. They will lie & say anything to get you to confess to wrongdoing and to sign a statement. All this without union rep being present. Then suspend you without pay for a month only to fire you by mail. I never stole anything in my life and yet I am now unemployed. I was a good, honest & loyal employee who happened to walk out of work one night with my coat & a sweatshirt stuffed into a reusable grocery bag. And for that reason only LP said I must have stolen something.
