Customer service, and a small chance for promotion in different departments with slight better pay (we're taking pennies here, seriously).

Cons

1. You HAVE to pay Union Fees that hurts your already diminutive check. 2. You are a disposable commodity. 3. Your schedule is barely considered, but that's based on management.
