Pros
Benefits are not bad, work is pretty easy, and it's a great place to learn new skills for future employment opportunities.
Cons
Poor pay, its barely enough to make it after 11 years. Short breaks, short lunches, difficult to get time off, poorly maintained equipment, and a lot of drama. That last part is important, feels like you're back in high school sometimes with the sheer amount of consistent problems going on between workers.
