Pros
easy to get along with people, stable and good-paying job. interesting and constantly occupied, not bored. love the different people, it's nice to relax and be social..and not get attacked for not being busy for 99.9 percent of the time. it's a great quality job... it's just not very popular or liked by most people.
Cons
pay could be a bit higher...a little scared of furious customers. hard to say other than some dislike the grocery store, it's boring or something I guess... I keep busy, but that can be tiring and every job has its good and bad but I like the honesty and fairness that you get from Vons and not most anywhere else.
