Pros

- Competent hard working people stand out and get recognized quickly for advancement - Plenty of room for growth if you are willing to work all over the store - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Putting up with angry customers because of inventory issues - High employee turnover (although this is mainly caused by lazy or lackluster employees) - Hours can vary widely from one week to the next

Preps you for a fast paced environment, which you can take to other jobs. Increases coordination, customer service skills.

Cons

Feels extremely temporary. The upper management seems completely disconnected from the floor employees, as though they all were injected into positions after university, and no one else can climb the corporate latter.

Flexible schedule; I could schedule early morning shifts to accomodate my school schedule. Good training to start.

Cons

Some of the people what also worked for the company were negative and unmotivated.
