Business Outlook
Pros
The best thing about this company is the pay rate - it's exceptionally high and it's weekly. The major medical plan is also very good but expensive.
Cons
The management ignores their staff . No mentoring-new people learn by "osmosis". High pressure due to very aggressive deadlines. There is a 401K but VAI does not contribute matching funds. They also only offer 3 PTO (sick) days instead of 5, which most companies do. Although they provide lunch on Fridays, they insist that it be pizza and nothing else.
