Pros

As a fresher, I had a lot to learn on different technologies. The team members were supporting. Not much strict office rules. Personal work effort will be recognized.

Cons

Sometimes due to deadline pressure you may need to work at extended hours.

Perform repairs as required to install base.Perform Pm and scheduled assignments Assist customer with Training when requested. Assign IP config, Server config and network related queries as per the requirements. Spare parts-optimum consumption/faulty dispatch & request TAT. Software and Hardware upgrades. Provide complete, accurate and regular service documentation, service reports and system install reports in compliance with industry regulations.
