Working here was a nightmare. I wouldn't even want my enemy to work in such a terrible ambiance. Please beware!

Cons

The people at the top make the worst hiring decisions. They hire the cheapest human resources to save money. It meant the work ambiance was hostile and horrible. They also lied about quality and didn't bother to fix the insanely high employee turnover.

The week on / week off schedule. Met some great people there

Cons

-The week on / week off schedule. Switching from 5am -5pm to 5pm-5am shifts every other week is mentally draining and no one should be subject to that. -Bad office politics and bad overall vibe. -Management constantly switching up on you. -The risk of losing your job is always looming overhead unless you're in the "In Crowd" -No remote work despite perfectly having the ability to do so. If you are working 5pm-5am you barely saw anyone else - there was no reason to make people working over night going in.

Pros

First off, I'll say I've worked at prior start-ups so I knew what I was getting into. Fast-paced, ambiguous, long hours, changes, etc. Very typical like a start-up. However, what I will say is that Vorto moves even faster than the others I've been at. The people here are great and you can have as much impact as you want to have.

Cons

If you're not looking for a start-up experience, you will hate it here. Like I mentioned above - fast, ambiguous, long hours, changes - that isn't what most jobs are like and for a lot of people, it's difficult to handle.
