Pros

I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at Vorto. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. It really is inspiring to be exposed to the creative and sometimes world-changing things the Vorto team creates consistently with their software in the logistics industry. This job truly gives you purpose,

Cons

Vorto like many tech companies conducts org changes very frequently so it's not uncommon to shift between groups or find yourself with a new leader every 1-2 years. It's also highly matrixed, so to be successful you need great navigation, collaboration and influencing skills set with long hours as it is a starter company. If neither of these sound appealing to you, look elsewhere. If this does appeal to you, you'll be successful.

Pros

Having spent over 18 months at Vorto, I can confidently say that this is not your typical 9-5 job. From day one, it was made clear that flexibility and adaptability are key to success here. Vorto isn't just a workplace it's an environment where change is not only expected but embraced. One of the most exciting aspects of working at Vorto is the constant evolution of roles and responsibilities. You're not confined to a static job description instead, you're encouraged to explore and take on new challenges. This dynamic nature of the job has provided me with endless growth opportunities. I've had the chance to learn and excel in various roles, expanding my skill set beyond what I initially imagined. What sets Vorto apart is its culture of innovation and forward thinking. Employees are not just passive participants they are actively involved in shaping the company's future. Whether it's adapting to market trends or pioneering new initiatives, every member of the team plays a crucial role in driving success. Of course, this level of flexibility can be demanding at times. It requires a certain mindset, one that embraces change and thrives in uncertainty. But for those who are up for the challenge, the rewards are substantial. In summary, my experience at Vorto has been nothing short of exhilarating. It's a place where you're not just an employee; you're a valued contributor to something greater. If you're looking for a job that will push you out of your comfort zone and propel your career to new heights, Vorto is the place to be.

Cons

I wouldn't be here if there was.

Pros

They are a very new company and they are very quick to adapt and are always highly motivated.

Cons

Unless you have that same vision as they have or are ready to be working 24/7 then you will feel exhausted and overworked to the point where if they hired another person split the workload you have you would still have to much on your hands.
