Pros

This is the best company I have ever been apart of, and its unlike any other... Its an incredibly fast pace environment and this job will push you well past your limits. The mission and vision of this company and leadership team is unique and powerful. Everyone here knows that what this company has set out to do is much greater than any one of us. That creates an incredible environment and culture that makes all the long days well worth it. You will be surrounded by some of the most brilliant minds anywhere and you will never get the sense that your part in this mission is undervalued. Everyone is very transparent, genuine, unique, and easy to get along with. You will quickly form relationships that will last a lifetime. Everyone is willing to stop what they are doing and lend a hand when a question is asked. You can be here for 2 days and you will know that your views and opinions are being listened to and considered. My favorite thing about this company is that when something is not working, they will pivot very quickly. Never will they do the same thing over and over and expect a different result. Its rewarding and stimulating just being around such high caliber people with strong moral character. This is very rare to find in my opinion. This job has pushed me farther than I knew I could go, and as a result I have grown as a person to a great degree. I want to be honest to anyone seeing this... This job is incredibly demanding. You must be all in all the time. My advice to succeed here is to truly understand the big picture... The direction and vision behind this company, to buy in 100% and never look back. Act like the dumbest one in the room and ask questions. Lean on the people around you and understand that you are going to meet your breaking point. THEN you will look around and realize what this team is doing and what you are apart of. Then you will realize how far you've come, how much you've learned, and how many amazing people you have had the opportunity to stand side by side with in battle. Then you will realize your entire scale you had in your mind about yourself was wrong and you can do anything when you truly apply yourself. Then you will fall in love with this company, the people, and the mission we are all moving mountains to achieve. This is the kind of job you will be proud you were apart of when its all said and done. If your ready to change what you think your capable of and keep moving when you want to stop, then this is the place for you. If you want to have your afternoons, weekends, vacations and want to check in from 9-5 and check out otherwise, then to be honest, I would consider something else.

Cons

I really don't have a list of cons to address here. No company is perfect. This company excels in everything I have disliked about every job I've had before this... The people are incredible. The pay is fair to great. The leadership is transparent, fair, supportive and they are there. They are so invested and work so hard that it is easy to gain much respect for each and every one of them. The sacrifices everyone makes certainly makes it easy to do the same yourself. These are true leaders. Realize that and understand how rare it is to see that and be around that. Complacency and entitlement have no place here. Man do I love that. No excuses, just results. This entire company is made up of winners. What you learn here will serve you very well for the rest of your life. I guess my only con may be travel. There is a lot of travel involved in this position, but I personally love it. Its not for everyone though so its worth knowing this.

- Dynamic and accomplished leadership team - Exciting, cutting edge work - Endless opportunities for advancement - No hierarchy - The start-up life

Cons

- 10x speed presents challenges for communication - Seemingly perpetual pivots can be disorienting - Work can be all consuming - If you are not all-in, it can be hard to find your place - The start-up life

Pros

At Vorto there is opportunity for growth. They value your input to help make changes for the better.

Cons

The biggest con would be that there is no work life balance but they do understand if you are at your limit and need to take some time they work with you
