      -ski pass paid for -competitive salaries

      Cons

      -Disorganized -Everyone is dishonest and manipulative -The "process" could care less about the engineering team -Always agree with the product team, or you will make enemies -More than 30 pull requests not merged due to disorganization -Engineers are there to produce code without solid requirements, collaboration, or any input -No one is as important as the product team -Unless you are directly impacting the product team in the moment, you are disposal and mean nothing to them and you will feel that.
