Upper management micro manages, even with zero clue about what is actually going on. High turn over rate most employees get let go before the 5 year mark

company loves abusing its employees with excesses of 65 hours a week and last minute call ups due to an incompetent sales team who cannot enforce respectable hours on behalf of the company and instead live for their bonuses on behalf of the customers. Only quarry to work weekends and constantly opens during holidays while others close. Management is virtually non-existent but is quick to remember existence when things go wrong.
