Employees who care, always new ideas and ways of doing things, large company with ability to purchase and constantly acquire new companies, good field contacts, wonderful 401k and benefits,

Cons

Lack of Flexibility, Old School Mentality, Not Much Room for Advancement within, Give your family time up because if you're a good worker you will be taken advantage of, too much responsibility for lower level employees.
