      Pros

      Great if you are a conservative straight white male. You will be paid more and promoted over your more qualified female counterparts.

      Cons

      They preach diversity and inclusion and then do the opposite. If you are a woman, minority or identify with LGBTQ you will not make it far in this company. They overwork the good employees and run them into the ground while the bad employees skate by.

      Vulcan is a very safety oriented, culture building, career advancing company to work for.

      Cons

      Not a lot of time at home to spend. Not much sleep either unless you go straight home and eat, then go directly to bed.
