      Pros

      They have good benefits such as vacation, sick days, swing holidays, cheap insurance, 401k. The pay is somewhat competetive.

      Cons

      Managment is poor. Not in field enough. Not many raises. Work far from home sometimes.

      Pros

      Great support structure and plenty of opportunity. Lots of growth. They are always looking at acquisitions. A large amount of retirements happening allowing you to move around if you wish.

      Cons

      Corporate not being utilized as a tool. Instead as a hindrance. Corporate out of touch. Dirty environment. Quarries are dusty and hot. Very much exposed to the elements.

      The supervisors and the people you work with .alot of bull and it shouldn't be that way....guys make the job harder
